God's Free Gift to YOU!
|
According to the Bible, God loves all people and
wants all people to be saved and spend eternity in Heaven.
1 Timothy 2:3-4 says, “For this is good and acceptable in the sight
of God our Savior; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of
the truth.”
But, when God
created us, he did not make us like "robots" that automatically love
and obey him. He allowed us to make choices. Our choice to go our own way
and
rebel against God makes us impure and separates us from God's plan.
God is pure, holy,
and perfect. God is so holy, that He cannot allow sin to enter into
His presence. And this is a problem for everyone, because all people have
sinned.
Nobody is perfect. We have all made mistakes. We cannot enter into
Heaven
as we are. Nobody can.
The Good News is that God has provided a solution to this problem,
and has
made a way for ALL people to be purified from their sins and able to enter
Heaven.
No matter what a person has done, God will forgive them…
if they choose to follow the ABCs of Salvation

A is to ADMIT that you have sinned
This is the FIRST STEP to Salvation.
Romans 3:23 says
"For all have sinned,
and come short the glory of God;"
1 John 1:8-9 says, "If we say that we have no sin, we deceive
ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us
our sins,
and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

B is to Believe
Believe Jesus died for you, was buried, and then rose again:
Romans 6:23 says, "For the wages of sin
is death; but the gift of God
is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
John 3:16 says, "For God so loved the
world, that he gave his only begotten Son,
that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting
life.”
Jesus said that He
was the ONLY way to Heaven. In John
14:6 Jesus said,
I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. Acts 4:12
also says, “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none
other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Jesus is the ONLY person in the history of the world that died on the
cross for your sins and rose again from the grave. No other false god has
done this for you. Thanks to Jesus, our sins can be forgiven, and we can
live in all of the abundance and blessings of God - both now and for all
eternity in Heaven!
1 John 5:11-13
And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this
life is in his Son. 12
He that hath the Son hath life: and
he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. 13 These things
have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that
ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe
on the name of the Son of God.

C - CONFESS Jesus as your Lord and Savior
Romans 10:9 says, "that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord
Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the
dead, thou shalt be saved."
God gives us one
life and one chance to confess Jesus and live for Him. Hebrews 9:27 says, “And
as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment.”
Jesus is giving you the choice TODAY, to either accept Him or reject Him.
Tomorrow is not promised to anybody. In this world, on average 3 people
die every second. We never know when our time is up. Do not risk losing
Heaven, and all of God’s blessings and all of God’s promises by putting
off accepting Him now, hoping for another time - that might not ever
come. We need to make sure we are ready right now.
If you want to receive God’s Free Gift,
and confess Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you can begin by praying this
prayer……….
Go ahead
and PRAY NOW:
"Lord Jesus, please forgive my sins. Thank You for loving
me and dying on the cross to save me. Come into my heart and be my Lord
and Savior. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and give me the power to walk in
victory. Help me become the person that You want me to become in every
area of my life, in Jesus' name, amen!"
If you sincerely prayed this prayer, then congratulations on
beginning a new life! Jesus says in
Luke 15:10 “Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.” The
Bible says, "But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become
the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name (John 1:12)." And, since you are now saved, Jesus
says in Luke 10:20 “rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.” Now
that you are saved, and your past sins are erased, God is giving you a
fresh start. God is ready to give you an abundant life that is filled
with Victory and Blessings. We must choose to live a life for God and do
God’s will. Our choices greatly affect our outcomes in life. Our habits
greatly determine our destiny.

The last step is to
DEVELOP
Develop a
lifelong relationship with Jesus and let Jesus help you
repent from sin and DO God's will.
God has a special plan and purpose for every person’s life. The more we
get to know God and Jesus through Prayer and Bible Reading, the clearer
God’s will and God’s plan for our life will become.
Jesus loves you, and wants to grow closer to you, and be your best
friend. Many people know ABOUT Jesus, but they do not really KNOW Jesus
as a best friend. Jesus can take the place of anything in your life, but
nothing can take the place of Jesus! Jesus is the only one who saved you
from your sins, and gave you your ticket into Heaven. Jesus will help you
live a life of Victory! Jesus is unlimited, almighty, all-powerful, and
all-knowing. He is the alpha and the omega, the beginning and the end.
He is the King of Kings, and the Lord of Lords. The name of Jesus is
above all names. He is the solution to any problem, and He is bigger than
any obstacle you will ever face.
Jesus said in John 3:3, “Except a man be born again, he cannot see the
kingdom of God.” If we are truly saved and “born again” by the grace of
Jesus, we should expect some exciting changes in our lives. Being “born
again” means we “die” to our old life, and our old self centered ways of
doing things, and we “live” in the new abundant life that God has for us.
This inner-change will bring us outer victory.
